By-Laws are adopted by State Council and State Conference to supplement the AGV Constitution.

Notice of meetings and papers
Distribution of minutes, Agendas, Timelines, Notice of meetings, circulation of documents,agenda items without papers, late agenda items and posting items on the web site are all stipulated in these by laws.
Disputes and Grievance Procedure
Matters relating to the Disputes Panel, mediations, conciliations, arbitrations, appeals, guiding principles, review of the Grievance Procedures and other matters are given here.
Guidelines for Dispute Resolution
These guidelines are not By Laws as such, but are intended to be used in association with the AGV Constitution Section 41 (Conflict Resolution) and the By Laws on Disputes.
Notice of a Dispute form
This form is to be used by AGV members wishing to have a dispute resolved by the Disputes Panel. Please read the Guidelines to Dispute Resolution before you submit this form.

This By Law was originally approved as a Protocol in December 2003. It was passed as a By-Law by State Executive on 11 August 2004.
