A sustainable energy policy - the key to tackling climate change

Energy Policy Launch

Releasing the Greens Energy policy (Wednesday September 27), Louis Delacretaz, the Greens Energy spokesperson, said, "We must switch to clean energy sources for the sake of our kids well-being - and for Victoria’s long term prosperity." The Greens in state parliament after November 25 will work to reduce Victoria’s greenhouse gas emissions by 20 per cent, decommission the Hazlewood power station and introduce a carbon levy to fund efficient energy use and renewable energy sources.
