Dr David Low

Dr Low is standing for Central Ward on Bayside City Council. He worked in computer and data processing, then gained a degree in Social Science, a Masters in Environmental Science, and a Doctorate (PhD) in Environmental Communication. He worked for a corporate research company before moving to Monash University where he helped start a community engagement unit called ‘The Understandascope’ (www.understandascope.com). Most recently he has been working as an independent communications consultant, designing and and implementing leading-edge communication strategies. He is also raising a young family. More info
