"It is time to build and invest. That's why the Greens propose that $100 million a year extra be spent on public housing." The Greens in State Parliament after November 25 will work to increase investment in social housing to provide an adequate long-term supply of affordable housing, develop a state government housing investment bond issue, introduce incentives to better utilise existing housing stock and provide rebates, loans and subsidies for sustainable technologies modifications in houses.
