Guest speakers are climate refugees researcher and activist Alex Bhathal and activist and youth worker Georgia McRae on the topic of climate refugees, including a presentation on a project which has recently been undertaken in the Carteret Islands off Bouganville with a group of young people to document their stories of leaving their island due to rising sea levels. Entertainment to follow.
$45 per ticket, $42 each per table of 8-10. Closing date for bookings (essential) by 11 July.
