Any Victorian who agrees with our charter and policies, wants to see political change, and is not a member of another political party, should join the Victorian Greens. Membership of the Victorian Greens also confers membership of the Australian Greens (we are a federation of state-based parties).

All new members must sign a statement declaring that they have read our charter and agree to abide by our constitution.

New members become full members of the Greens - and thus able to participate in internal ballots, take part in policy decision-making, stand for public office etc - once their membership has been approved by their Regional Council. Regional Councils meet at least quarterly.
