The Diamond Valley branch covers the whole of the Banyule City Council area, as well as the south-western part of the Nillumbik Shire (the boundaries of the State Electoral District of Eltham).

Members of the Diamond Valley Greens come from suburbs such as Eltham, Research, Montmorency, Lower Plenty, Viewbank, Greensborough, Watsonia, Macleod, Rosanna, Heidelberg and Ivanhoe.

The branch covers the State Electoral Districts of Eltham (Eastern Metro Upper House Region) & Ivanhoe (Northern Metro Upper House Region).  It covers the Federal Division of Jagajaga and part of McEwen.
